Política de costos de envío , tiempo de entrega y devoluciones/reembolsos:

💵Costos de envío: el envío a nivel nacional por libra se estima no será mayor de $14.000 cop, aunque varía dependiendo la ciudad destino tenemos ya dos precios fijos que cubrirán los gastos del envío y se mostrarán con detalle al momento del pago no tendrá que pagar más, en Cali el envío es gratis. Los despachos pueden salir desde Cali o Caicedonia Valle del Cauca.

🕑Tiempo: El tiempo de entrega en Cali o a nivel nacional puede variar entre 1-5 días.

↩️DEVOLUCIONES: Al tratarse de un alimento que viene empacado NO ACEPTAMOS DEVOLUCIONES del producto por higiene, salvo que el cliente haga un desistimiento de compra antes de realizar el envio, una vez sea despachado el producto no se realizan REEMBOLSOS de dinero.

Si quiere desistir de la compra, y su pago lo realizó en horas de la tarde y ya fue aprobado tiene hasta el medio dia del siguiente dia para solicitar la devolución completa del dinero. Si lo realizó en horas de la mañana tiene hasta las 4:00 pm de ese mismo dia para realizar la solicitud de reembolso siempre y cuando el pago haya sido efectivo.
